Quality Partner has developed electronic tools, via a global approach, which improve audit efficiency (reduced times and therefore costs), centralise inspection data, and above all enable statistical analysis of results and, where necessary, the implementation of monitoring or alert devices, in relation to predefined criteria. The primary objective is to provide not just basic, occasional inspections, but a tool for integrating all objective and useful inspections in the Sector (inspections, sampling and analysis of foods at risk, sampling of surfaces, etc.) that is sufficiently flexible to adapt to various structures (from the independent retailer to international Groups and franchise holder networks). The tools are accessible online.

The main objective - which requires the use of these tools for statistical extraction of individual and global trends - is to enable managers to identify priority actions to apply during the verification of their food safety and quality control system and in order to guarantee its effective management and continuous improvement.
These tools represent an approach to which the sector is responding favourably, since many operators implement it today, enabling Quality Partner to perform more than 1,500 inspections of this type in 2008 (excluding related sampling programmes).
It was evident at the time that Quality Partner as a leading operator in the sector should be the first independent inspection body to obtain all the main accreditations necessary for the validation of Self-inspection systems. We are of course able to perform all audit combinations within our scope of accreditation.
