The primary objective is to provide not just basic, occasional inspections, but a tool for integrating all objective and useful inspections in the Sector (inspections, sampling and analysis of foods at risk, sampling of surfaces, etc.) that is sufficiently flexible to adapt to various structures (from the independent retailer to international Groups and franchise holder networks). The tools are accessible online.
The main objective - which requires the use of these tools for statistical extraction of individual and global trends - is to enable managers to identify priority actions to apply during the verification of their food safety and quality control system and in order to guarantee its effective management and continuous improvement.
