ISO 22000 Certification of retail outlets :
The certification of compliance relative to ISO 22000 (2005), which offers the special feature of being applicable to all links in the food chain, (and is certainly the most easily compatible with Self-inspection systems) enables any operator (and in particular those at B to C level) to demonstrate by means of a internationally recognised certificate its capacity to manage a food safety management system.
It goes without saying that following our decision to provide combined audits and inspections, this system certification can easily also be combined with “routine inspections” surveillance programmes and, where necessary, self-inspection systems validation audits according to the SIS G-007 Guide.
